Mirror Bingo make the sign up process as simple as possible and while you do need to enter your card details when you register this is only because they offer a no deposit bonus and so need some way of verifying who you are before you start playing.

To make registration even quicker, Mirror Bingo include check boxes that pre-populate the cardholder name and address detail fields if these are the same as your 'personal details'. Do make sure that you enter the correct card details as any winnings made using bonus funds can only be credited to the card you enter here.

In case you need any reassurance, Mirror Bingo guarantee that no money will be taken from your account until you arrange to make a deposit and, as they encrypt any personal information you enter you needn't be worried about security.

Design

Not the sleekest site in the world, it's obvious that Mirror Bingo focus more on their jackpots rather than their 'look', however, as a player this is no bad thing.

Based on The Mirror's bold red and white colour scheme the homepage is crammed with information on the latest deals, offers and games however while useful it does give the site quite a cluttered, thrown together appearance that can make finding the useful bits quite tricky. However, once inside the bingo lobby things get more organised and it's easy to compare the games and jackpots on offer in each of their 75 and 90 ball rooms.

The bingo rooms themselves are equally well laid out with a large chat box and ticket display (so it's easy to keep an eye on both) and no flashing adverts or unnecessary features to distract you from the great game. However, rather than sticking to their red and white colour scheme they have gone for a rather interesting mustard and lilac combo but you do get used to this after a while and it definately makes them stand out from the crowd!

Usability

While Mirror Bingo's home page is a little busy they do have lots of useful information there including a handy 'getting started'guide. Accessible via a link on the right hand side of the site (it's quite well hidden among all the other info), this takes you through the 10 steps you need to follow to be able to play on the site and is a good introduction for new members.

Everything else you need to know is listed in a grey box on the left hand site of the homepage and this is where you should look for information on the latest promotions, 'faqs' and details of Mirror Bingo winners.

As soon as you sign up and log in your 'account' page becomes your 'home page', this is really a quite convenient set up as from here you can update your profile, deposit or withdraw funds (this is done through third party Aquapay) and keep an eye on your winnings.

In terms of playing on the site, both the bingo lobby and the games rooms themselves are really straight forward to use and you'll find yourself feeling at home right away as each bingo room is identical so finding your way around is made easy.

Games

In their 13 bingo rooms Mirror Bingo offer a mixed combination of both 75 and 90 ball games giving you plenty of choice when you want to play. What's more, to keep things entertaining they run regular chat games, tourneys and happy hour promotions where you can win bingo points to turn into tickets.

Their monthly Team Bingo tournaments also provide a great chance for you to play bingo for nothing as 5 million bingo points (the equivalent of £5,000 worth of tickets) are up for grabs - all you need is 3 friends.

Jackpots

Mirror Bingo offer fantastic prizes with a £1million coverall jackpot up for grabs every Wednesday night. They also run two progressive jackpots on top of this giving you plenty of opportunity to score a big win. In regular games jackpots are determined by the number of players in a room and the number of tickets sold so at busy times can reach very worthwhile amounts.

Chat

The chat doesn't seem to be quite as busy here as on other sites and as a result not all rooms are moderated by a chat host. While this isn't necessarily a problem as Mirror Bingo's members seem quite content to chat amongst themselves (and they do seem to be a very friendly bunch) it does mean no chat games for players in these rooms. However if this bothers you it's best to simply pick a room that lists a chat host as present in the lobby.

Support

Your first port of call with any questions you have about Mirror Bingo should be the live 'Help' room which can be accessed via the drop down list located above the chat box in all bingo rooms. However, if you would prefer to speak to someone in person, or have not yet signed up as a member you can call their customer services team between midday and 8pm Monday to Friday(although this number is available to those in the UK only). If your query isn't urgent you can also contact Mirror Bingo via an email form and they'll get back to you within 24 hours.

Security

Mirror Bingo protect your personal data and credit card details using SSL security systems and 128 bit encryption technology both when transferring data and when saving data on their servers.

They will not pass your personal data on to any unauthorised third parties, however they may share your information with their 'partners' who may email you for marketing purposes.
