Think Bingo Review

Think Bingo offer a good selection of games and, better still, a really fantastic community. They are renowned for being one of the friendliest websites around and while they don't offer the biggest jackpots in the world (although they don't do bad), this is only so that they can give you a better chance of winning something on the games you play - a fair trade off in our opinion.

Signing up to Think Bingo is really quick and simple as you only need to enter a few basic details to be approved. You're given the option to receive the Think Bingo newsletter during the signup process and this is worth doing as it provides a really great link to what's going on on the site. They use the newsletter to fill you in on their latest promotions and to give away free bingo points and as they don't share your details with any third parties there really is no downside.

Once you've become a Think member you're taken straight through to your account page where you can either choose to take a look around the site or to fund your account. As a bonus, when you first credit your Think Bingo account they'll match the amount you deposit by 100% potentially giving you up to £100 worth of bingo completely free.

Design

With its sparkling logo and pink to peach colour theme Think Bingo sounds too girlie to be true. However, thanks to its incredibly simple design, focused on funky bright pink revolving bingo balls, Think Bingo have come up with a really attractive, almost tropical looking site that you're almost guaranteed to love whether you're a 'girlie girl' or not.

Once you delve past the home page section into the bingo lobby and games rooms the fun colour scheme continues giving the site a really relaxed vibe. The 'ticket' style layout of the lobby makes checking out the different games on offer easy to do at a glance and you can also access the forums and Think Bingo's range of instant games from here.

Both the 75 and 90 ball games rooms are based on the same pink and peach colour scheme and all rooms have a very similar layout with a large chat box on the right hand side of the screen and tickets laid out on the left, this makes it really easy to move between rooms and know exactly where you are and what you're doing.

Usability

The Think Bingo site makes you feel at home from the word go not least because it's so easy to find your way around. Links to all the major account featured are listed in a box on the left hand side of the homepage so whether you want to update your account details or make a deposit its easy to figure out how.

Once you've logged in, made a deposit and are ready to play bingo you're taken through to the Think Bingo lobby where details of the opening hours and ticket prices of their four 75 ball and four 90 ball bingo rooms are displayed. Information relating to the number of players in each room, the CM overseeing the chat and the amount of time until the next game are also displayed. Think Bingo's instant game menu is also accessible from here.

Purchasing tickets is easy once you've chosen your room and while you do have the option to dab manually, it's set to auto so you can just kick back, relax and get on with chatting. After you've finished playing you simply need to click the 'Back to lobby' button and figure out which room you'd like to visit next.

Games

Think Bingo offer both 75 and 90 ball versions of game with four rooms dedicated to each. They have new games starting every few minutes with ticket prices varying from 10p through to £1 depending on the amount that's up for grabs. They have four rooms open to all members all day, with two evening only bingo rooms and two dedicated to players with privileges (VIPs and forum members specifically).

The only downside of Think Bingo's games is that they don't publish a bingo schedule anywhere on the main part of the site making it difficult for bounty hunters to know when to log on for the chance of winning big.

As if bingo isn't enough to keep you entertained, mini games such as slots, scratchcards and instant wins are also available from the bingo lobby and within the individual bingo rooms. Think Bingo let you choose whether to play for fun (i.e. free!) or for money which is great if you fancy a bit of distraction without using any credit, although obviously if you play just for fun you don't get the payout if you win. They also, very thoughtfully, give you the option of sizing the games window to either full or half screen so that you can still chat while you're playing.

Jackpots

Think Bingo give away an impressive £40,000 a day in jackpots and run regular £2,000, £5,000 and £10,000 coverall jackpots for cards that have bingo within 50 calls. While it's true that Think Bingo's jackpots aren't the biggest in the business (although they do come close) they try to take a member focused approach by balancing big wins with a greater chance of winning, which can only be a good thing.

Chat

Think Bingo call themselves a 'family' and with good reason, they really do have one of the friendliest communities around and are so keen to make new members feel welcome that they've set up a dedicated chatroom where you can meet other newbies and learn the ropes.

CMs welcome you the instant you enter a new chat room and explain what chat game is currently underway and how you can join in which is a big help in making you feel immediately involved.

However, one of Think Bingo's biggest selling points is that they are one of the only bingo sites around to have there own active forum. You will need to register before you are able post but the process is quite simple as again you only need to add basic details about yourself. During the forum registration process you also have the option to add in extra info such as your occupation, location and instant messenger address and you are also able to create your own signature.

Once you've registered you won't be approved right away as the Think Bingo team will review your application and get back to you. Don't be put off by this, the forums are not only a great place to chat and share your questions but they are also the first place you'll find out about the latest Think Bingo competitions and promotions and are the only place you'll get to earn VIP status so that you can take advantage of bingo cashback and other perks.

Support

When you've got your Think Bingo account up and running your first port of call for any questions should be the 'help' forum or alternatively, if your question is game related one of the CMs is likely to be able to assist. You can, however, also contact Think Bingo customer services team by telephone (although this service is available during work hours only) or via email and they will get back to you with a response within four hours.

Security

Think Bingo use third party, Aquapay, to deal with all of your deposits to, and withdrawals from the site. Aquapay protect your details with advanced online encryption techniques and safeguard any transactions you make using SSL software.
